Warranty Service:

Warranty will not be provided in case of the following cases.  

   1.Product failure or damage caused by incorrect installation,usage and safekeeping.

   2.Product model  and serial number are inconsistent with the products.

   3.Damages caused by unauthorized disassembly and maintenance.

   4.Damages caused by unexpected factors or human factors.

   5.Damages caused by transportation when customers send it back to repair.

   6.Damages caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, etc.).

   7.Damages caused by other non-product technical,manufacturing and quality problems.

   8.Other consequential damages or losses caused by the act of using the product.  

Warranty will be provided in case of the following cases. HUICOLOR offers two years free maintenance service.

  1.This product is under warranty for 24 months from the purchase date.

     Customers must provide warranty card and valid proof of purchase.

  2. Warranty is only for the failures caused by the quality problem itself.
